***UPDATE*** After a couple of days of back and forth, Brent and the David Stanley team honored the deal. They were very helpful in the process AND definitely made me feel better about the transaction. Misunderstandings can happen but they stepped up! We thank the whole team for their quick response to the issue and making it right!
They bait and switch! We went in for a specific vehicle (had the stock number and vin), test drove the specific vehicle and started negotiating the deal on the truck. After being there 6 hours negotiating and doing all the paperwork in financing, 5 minutes from getting ready to leave, they come to us saying we signed for a different truck. We have pictures of the vin of the truck, we have pictures of the truck but they tried to pull out because THEY put the incorrct stock number. The sales manager (or whoever he was) just said too bad. They wouldnt even sale the truck for the internet price because the memorial "sale" was now over even though the specific truck is still online for the "sale" price.
Brought my jeep in for a recall and Patrick Ballard and his crew took care of the issue in a day. I was super impressed due to the fact that Joe Cooper can not get the parts. I am now a David Stanley customer!!!
Our salesman, London, did an amazing job getting us into our vehicle that we wanted! He answered questions, concerns and was overall great! Customer service was great! Fiance department was quick! We also dealt with a young man named Justice and would totally recommend both him and London!!!
This weekend, I drove from Manford Oklahoma to Midwest city to meet with Austin who works in used cars. This young man was absolutely amazing and very professional. I left the dealership in the vehicle that I wanted, and was extremely pleased, smiling all the way home! If you need a new car and you have a little bit of time, it is well worth the drive to go see Austin.

Went in to a routine oil change. I scheduled during my lunch break. Very fast service unlike other Jeep dealerships I’ve been using that take over an hour!
Everybody I dealt with was very courteous and professional. They were easy to work with and made buying the truck I wanted a good experience, something I've not gotten from other dealerships that I've done business with. They were upfront about pricing and quickly got me an out the door price when I requested it. They also worked with me on pricing, payments and the down payment.
