Had a TPMS compromise and losing air in my tire, limped my jeep to the dealer and had Geffrey come take a look at it, gave me a ball park estimate told him I was on an extremely tight budget and he told me he’d make it work. The part was obsolete so he put in a similar part that worked and kept the price under budget and kept me in the loop the whole process. After having a rough day at work, having someone communicate clearly and effectively to fix a tire issue, I was nearly in tears of relief. Thank you so much Geoffrey and the tech that worked on my jeep. I appreciate you both.

I want to thank David Stanley, especially Bill Dobson, a Service Advisor for going over and beyond. This is a dealership that backs what they sell! In a time when companies want to avoid paying for things, my son and I were very fortunate that we had purchased our vehicle from this dealership! We purchased a Kia and being used thought it prudent to purchase the extended warranty. There was an issue that would've been covered by Kia's powertrain warranty however, we didn't have all the records from the previous owner and could not get them. So Kia would not cover it, then we reached out to the extended warranty company and they advised us to authorize an engine breakdown to the tune of $1200 and once it was broken down, the service department told them that they were ready for an agent to come out and it was at that time that the service agent was told oh no, this is covered by Kia's powertrain warranty and that I needed to contact Kia. Well, already been there, already done that and the warranty company knew this! So Kia wouldn't cover it nor could we get information on any service done at the Kia dealerships prior to our ownership because of what is equivalent to HIPAA laws! It's a car for crying out loud anyway the bottom line is I was falling between the cracks. I purchased the vehicle and the extended warranty in good faith. Bill reached out to his manager, the sales department, everyone he could to try to get this rectified for us. And finally they did. David Stanley ended up taking care of it even though they couldn't get anywhere with Kia or the warranty company. I am forever in their debt and grateful to stand up people, and a company that is willing to do the right thing even if it costs them money!

After arrival, Justin Hammett greeted me and we discussed the car the service we were going to do immediately. Showed me how the car to 'talk' to me and tell what is wrong, which I thought interesting. Went over a lot of things, since I have extremely low mileage, always confusing as to when it needs one of the 'major' things. Also will be bringing the car in every 3 months for oil change and the additive that prolongs the life of the engine. He was patient, and explained everything to me, including things that won't be addressed until next oil change. This is the place to go! Great service and the the service dept. people are great.
Dj was absolutely amazing!! the first place I went the sales man was rude and pushy. Going from that to David Stanley is night and day. They won't only great to me but super sweet to my baby!!

Had our 24 Jeep Compass in for a recall, had couple other small issues looked at which were resolved. Work was preformed quickly ( little under a hour).
Best dealership to purchase a new or used vehicle. We have purchased all of our vehicles there, 6 or 7 total. We tell everyone we speak with to purchase their next vehicle there. Staff is very knowledgeable & polite. Hats off to Brian Fox for providing great service as always, he's the best! We will not purchase from any other dealership as they are very honest which is hard to find. Customer service is top notch! Only person we found that was not very courteous was the cashier, Ciara {sp?}. She openly chomped on her gum, was curt & rude to my wife - this was not the 1st time dealing with her & she displayed the same arrogant attitude previously to myself. Only time she even smiled was when the boss came around. Amy on the other hand was a very nice, respectful plus a joy to speak with; kudos to Amy. Thank you David Stanley Dodge for your integrity & honesty!!!
Your customer service tech Alex went above what we ever expected from a dealership.We were from out of state (Ohio) and he really took good care of us you are lucky to have him on your staff also your mechanic was great coming in early to get our truck done we really appreciated all that was done for us
