I don’t even know where to start… SAM IS A LEGEND. I walked onto the lot expecting the usual car dealer experience, pressure, awkward small talk, and someone trying to sell me something I didn’t want. Instead, I met Sam… and I’m convinced this man could sell ice to penguins and still make them feel like they got the deal of a lifetime. Not only did Sam help me find the PERFECT car, but he somehow made the entire process actually fun. I’m talking laughing, great conversation, zero pressure, and somehow he still managed to work absolute magic on the numbers. I walked in thinking I’d “look around” and walked out with keys in my hand and a deal so good I’m still double-checking the paperwork to make sure it’s real. Sam knew everything about every car on that lot. Questions? Answered. Concerns? Handled. Coffee? Offered. Stress? Gone. At one point I’m pretty sure he was negotiating with the finance department like he was in the final round of a UFC fight and he WON. If you’re buying a car and don’t go to Sam, respectfully… you’re doing it wrong. 10/10 experience 11/10 customer service Would absolutely buy another car from Sam and recommend him to everyone I know. Sam, if you’re reading this you’re the GOAT.

Where do I start.. Everyone at David Stanley are the best! They make you feel they care and go above and beyond to show it. Like having a Lyft to take me home until my car was repaired and sent a Lyft to pick up my car when it was ready! I don't remember all the people I spoke to and engaged with, but Geoff, Judah, and Patrick are absolutely best! I would recommend David Stanley to anyone who needs repairs to their Dodge vehicles. I can’t say enough about this place. My Honda is 19 years old and the reason that I’m able to drive it without having any issues is because of all the tech and staff that work on my car and help get me in when I have an emergency, I would recommend this place 100 out of 100 times. My husband and I came across a used Kia Carnival on the DS website. Exact year and trim we have been searching for, seemed too good to be true! Stopped by to take a look on a Saturday at 12pm. Everything with the vehicle checked out and Justice Minter helped us get the exact price it was listed for. He was attentive, listened to our concerns and got us into our new family car. He has always gone over beyond to solve my vehicle issues. Last year I was driving to Memphis, TN and had car issues. Outstanding customer care and quality maintenance again from the service department diagnosing and fixing an elusive electrical issue, and an oil leak on my jeep. We worked with the father/son sales team Tre and D Buttram, then we got to meet with the finance man Mario ( I’m hoping I got his name right, I apologize if I’m wrong) and finished off our purchase with Jaevious to sign the paperwork. Every one of these guys were amazing and treated us like we were family. I’m so glad we made our choice to come. We are enjoying our brand new 2026 Dodge Ram 1500. We had the privilege to work with Brandon Barrett. Tho we really needed a more dependable vehicle I was exhausted, just worked all day, I had a foot injury, and I don't know about you but my anxiety goes up just thinking about going to a car lot. All I got to say is Thank God Brandon drew the short straw and got stuck with us. He visit for a min, gave us a hard time, and truly had one goal. Quickly he calmed me down, got me off my feet and learned enough about us that he went and brought the perfect car to us the very first try. His little wheels in his head never stopped. I didn't have to do anything, he picked the perfect car, he went and didn't come back until he had a payment he knew I wouldn't turn down with a down payment he knew I could handle and made sure he addressed and worked out anything and everything he felt I would have an issue with. His high energy was comfortable for me. I didn't feel like I had to maintain control. I sat back and let him run the show. And he didn't only run the show he knocked it out of the ball park. Went in- tired - hurting- just wanted to be home- high anxiety- low credit- little to nothing to offer as a down pmt- Left- a beautiful car- reasonable down- PMTs in my budget- free of my poor old vehicle- everyone was laughing- and I couldn't be more proud of the way this young man held his character, work ethic, his drive to keep ppl happy, safe, and not overwhelmed with a PMT. If I was you I would just go hang out with him for a few mins if you are in need he will listen and make your anxiety of spending money disappear, and you will have exactly what you need. If you don't I can guarantee if it had a way he would have found it.. lol I am that mommy who picks up kids everywhere. I would have kept him in a hard beat. He has drive, a love for what he does, and finds pride in taking care of you not the $1 he may or may not make. I am grateful in so many ways we got to meet this young man. He made my week so much brighter Thank you Brandon

This purchase was our second Chrylser Pacifica. We moved up from a 2020 Limited to a 2026 Pinnacle. Everybody involved in the tranaction treated us courteously and professionally. The vehicle we wanted to buy had not yet arrived, so they set us up with a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee loaner. Because we live 140 miles from the dealership, they offered to deliver the Pinnacle. (we opted to pick it up)

That poor girl hoofed it across three lots in humid/rainy weather letting me look at what was available. Considering I was referred to this place to have my vehicle dropped off at and serviced, and the fact that the last dealership I took it to was a nightmare and couldn't determine the issue in a week. Even after I explained to them the test that we're needed. The communication that David Stanley provided that the extra drive their advisors took and the knowledge that their technicians apparently have was a very appreciated. The service department was very courteous and helpful. They took my truck in quickly and gave me a reasonable estimate on when it would be complete. The service was done before the estimated time.

This is the third vehicle I have bought at David Stanley cdjr the second from Tre it was a quick and easy transaction just as the other two times everyone went above and beyond even salesman walking buy asking if I needed a water or anything they treat you like family there.

Enjoyed the process. Trentez helped me out so much. Finance were great as I was coming in from out of State to pick up the vehicle, everything was done ahead of time and I was able to arrive at the dealership and was driving my truck out in an hour.

Overall, a good experience at David Stanley CDJR. Worked with Trentez Scales, my sales associate, and Tim Simpson, Finance Manager. Both were awesome. The facility itself is super-nice, and wow, do they have the inventory! If you're shopping for a new Jeep, more than likely they will have what you're looking for!
