Where do I start.. Everyone at David Stanley are the best! They make you feel they care and go above and beyond to show it. Like having a Lyft to take me home until my car was repaired and sent a Lyft to pick up my car when it was ready! I don't remember all the people I spoke to and engaged with, but Geoff, Judah, and Patrick are absolutely best! I would recommend David Stanley to anyone who needs repairs to their Dodge vehicles. Kudos to them ALL!

I can’t say enough about this place. My Honda is 19 years old and the reason that I’m able to drive it without having any issues is because of all the tech and staff that work on my car and help get me in when I have an emergency, I would recommend this place 100 out of 100 times. My husband and I came across a used Kia Carnival on the DS website. Exact year and trim we have been searching for, seemed too good to be true! Stopped by to take a look on a Saturday at 12pm. Everything with the vehicle checked out and Justice Minter helped us get the exact price it was listed for. He was attentive, listened to our concerns and got us into our new family car. Andrew Primera helped us with financing - worked quickly and stayed focus on getting us out the door with our car. Good experience with the buying process and we are happy with our Kia!

I have been dealing with David Stanley Dodge for many years! I have never had a bad experience there. The one person who deserve the best recognition is Patrick Ballard, Service Advisor! He has always gone over beyond to solve my vehicle issues. Last year I was driving to Memphis, TN and had car issues. He stayed in constant contact with me until I arrived there and the he guided me on what exactly to do! He deserves 5 stars all the way around and should be recognized at the dealership! Outstanding customer care and quality maintenance again from the service department diagnosing and fixing an elusive electrical issue, and an oil leak on my jeep. My service advisor Judah was superb and kept me informed throughout the entire process, consistently engaged to ensure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I’ve taken my vehicle there three times now for routine service as well as other work and have received exceptional service every time at an honest and fair price.

I bought a brand new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the help of my awesome salesperson Bryan Brodner! I can be a difficult woman to deal with when it comes to buying a new car. Bryan listened and respected my thoughts and opinions. I struggle with the car buying experience but Bryan, J Merriweather and Greg all helped ease the experience. Even after the sale is complete, they continue to reach out to you and make sure you are satisfied. I am greatful the relationship didn't end when we signed on the dotted line. If you are in the market for a vehicle, take a drive to David Stanley, you won't be disappointed. 2 years later: I will not return to David Stanley nor do I recommend them to anyone. The honeymoon phase was over after about 6 months. Don't bother scheduling oil changes, it does no good. You will still wait for extended periods of time. If you complain, the worst possible person calls and tells you how wrong you are. I have never been so insulted in my life. The man calling should not be allowed to follow up on anything. I suggest finding another dealership to deal with. Be warned.

They charged me $90 to put a front license plate bracket. Since they didn't do it when I bought the Jeep even though they knew it was going to be in Texas. Which requires the front license.

This is my first time purchasing brand new vehicles. Our sales rep was Teresa and she was absolutely amazing. My husband knew right away what he wanted so he made her job very easy. I on the other hand needed to shop around. She was very patient and showed me everything on the lot that would meet my requirements. At the end of the day we rode away with exactly what we both wanted. Teresa has checked in multiple times to make sure everything is being taken care of for us. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I could not recommend David Stanley enough . They are absolutely incredible and make the whole process less stressful. My wife and I went in today to see about getting a truck and so thankful we went to David Stanley. The team there was so friendly and helpful. We worked with the father/son sales team Tre and D Buttram, then we got to meet with the finance man Mario ( I’m hoping I got his name right, I apologize if I’m wrong) and finished off our purchase with Jaevious to sign the paperwork. Every one of these guys were amazing and treated us like we were family. I’m so glad we made our choice to come. We are enjoying our brand new 2026 Dodge Ram 1500. We had the privilege to work with Brandon Barrett. Tho we really needed a more dependable vehicle I was exhausted, just worked all day, I had a foot injury, and I don't know about you but my anxiety goes up just thinking about going to a car lot. All I got to say is Thank God Brandon drew the short straw and got stuck with us. He visit for a min, gave us a hard time, and truly had one goal. Quickly he calmed me down, got me off my feet and learned enough about us that he went and brought the perfect car to us the very first try. His little wheels in his head never stopped. I didn't have to do anything, he picked the perfect car, he went and didn't come back until he had a payment he knew I wouldn't turn down with a down payment he knew I could handle and made sure he addressed and worked out anything and everything he felt I would have an issue with. His high energy was comfortable for me. I didn't feel like I had to maintain control. I sat back and let him run the show. And he didn't only run the show he knocked it out of the ball park. Went in- tired - hurting- just wanted to be home- high anxiety- low credit- little to nothing to offer as a down pmt- Left- a beautiful car- reasonable down- PMTs in my budget- free of my poor old vehicle- everyone was laughing- and I couldn't be more proud of the way this young man held his character, work ethic, his drive to keep ppl happy, safe, and not overwhelmed with a PMT. If I was you I would just go hang out with him for a few mins if you are in need he will listen and make your anxiety of spending money disappear, and you will have exactly what you need. If you don't I can guarantee if it had a way he would have found it.. lol I am that mommy who picks up kids everywhere. I would have kept him in a hard beat. He has drive, a love for what he does, and finds pride in taking care of you not the $1 he may or may not make. I am grateful in so many ways we got to meet this young man. He made my week so much brighter Thank you Brandon

Considering I was referred to this place to have my vehicle dropped off at and serviced, and the fact that the last dealership I took it to was a nightmare and couldn't determine the issue in a week. Even after I explained to them the test that we're needed. The communication that David Stanley provided that the extra drive their advisors took and the knowledge that their technicians apparently have was a very appreciated. Making a huge impact on their service. I work in this industry and feel like having advisors or techs that take pride in what they sell is very hard to find but highly appreciated when you do.

This purchase was our second Chrylser Pacifica. We moved up from a 2020 Limited to a 2026 Pinnacle. Everybody involved in the tranaction treated us courteously and professionally. The vehicle we wanted to buy had not yet arrived, so they set us up with a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee loaner. Because we live 140 miles from the dealership, they offered to deliver the Pinnacle. (we opted to pick it up)

That poor girl hoofed it across three lots in humid/rainy weather letting me look at what was available.
