Shane was very polite, helpful and honest. he got me in the car like I wanted and made sure I was happy with car before I left. He was very attentive and when we gold something was wrong. He fixed it within 5 minutes. highly recommend midwest city dodge sales man (Shane).

David Stanley has always provided the best service. This visit specifically. Fowler told us it would be a week and a half just to diagnose a check engine light. David Stanley not only got my vehicle in right away but called to update almost 2 hrs later saying the vehicle was looked at and repaired. David Stanley will 100% receive my future business.

So happy with our 3 transactions we had with David Stanley in one day. It melted my heart to hear that the dealership would be closing a 1/2 day this past Friday for a team “family” members kids funeral. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot yesterday. Richard the sales representative in used cars was wonderful. He was very kind, patient, and made my overall experience very pleasant. He showed a lot of knowledge and interest in his job. Ryan Wilson was very wonderful in finance as well. All of the sales staff that I met yesterday made me feel really comfortable and showed a genuine interest in the customers. Annette Moore the switchboard operator was wonderful as well. Never dealt with David Stanley before today and thanks to Mrs Tiffany Statton in their Service Department I will be looking to buy vehicles in the future from David Stanley. I have purchased many vehicles over the last 30 years and one thing I learned is that the purchase of the vehicle is only a fraction of the importance of the dealerships service. Mrs. Statton is the consummate professional. She listens to every concern, follows up on all request, and generally cares about pleasing the customer. I came in for my routine oil change and the staff was very helpful & attentive. I do wish they would bring back the $29 prices for oil changes. Their coupons or savings are not as great as they were in the past. I know the cost of everything is up but I can still find cheaper oil changes at differ businesses. I only continue with David Stanley because of my warranty.

I got my new 2022 Ram 1500 from these guys a couple weeks back. My salesperson, Ashton Smith, worked her tail off for over a week in contact with me. She helped in finding the right color and everything. When I arrived at the dealership it was sitting out front awaiting my test drive. She took care of everything she could before my arrival so time could be saved. She was courteous and professional. I had a great experience purchasing a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK from David Stanley at the end of June 2022. I am located in Louisiana and initially sought out pricing from a local dealer. I also sought out pricing from out of state dealers. David Stanley had the exact vehicle I wanted priced much more competitively compared to my local dealer. However, I was initially hesitant proceeding with purchasing from David Stanley after reading a mixture of positive and negative reviews online. I obtained reassurance from my salesperson Cameron Weir and sales manager Brannon Robinson who sent me videos of the vehicle I was interested in along with a signed purchased agreement detailing the financials/specifics of the transaction. After seeing the videos and getting everything in writing, I took a one-way flight to Oklahoma City, and Cameron kindly picked me up from the airport without me even asking. The vehicle was in great condition as described, and the transaction was very straightforward. Everything went as expected, and there were no surprises or pressure to purchase dealer add-ons. I am very happy with my overall experience and the vehicle I purchased, and I would not hesitate to travel out-of-state to purchase from David Stanley again.

My wife and I went in today to see about getting a truck and so thankful we went to David Stanley. The team there was so friendly and helpful. We worked with the father/son sales team Tre and D Buttram, then we got to meet with the finance man Mario ( I’m hoping I got his name right, I apologize if I’m wrong) and finished off our purchase with Jaevious to sign the paperwork. Every one of these guys were amazing and treated us like we were family. I’m so glad we made our choice to come. We are enjoying our brand new 2026 Dodge Ram 1500. We had the privilege to work with Brandon Barrett. Tho we really needed a more dependable vehicle I was exhausted, just worked all day, I had a foot injury, and I don't know about you but my anxiety goes up just thinking about going to a car lot. All I got to say is Thank God Brandon drew the short straw and got stuck with us. He visit for a min, gave us a hard time, and truly had one goal. Quickly he calmed me down, got me off my feet and learned enough about us that he went and brought the perfect car to us the very first try. His little wheels in his head never stopped. I didn't have to do anything, he picked the perfect car, he went and didn't come back until he had a payment he knew I wouldn't turn down with a down payment he knew I could handle and made sure he addressed and worked out anything and everything he felt I would have an issue with. His high energy was comfortable for me. I didn't feel like I had to maintain control. I sat back and let him run the show. And he didn't only run the show he knocked it out of the ball park.
Went in- tired - hurting- just wanted to be home- high anxiety- low credit- little to nothing to offer as a down pmt-
Left- a beautiful car- reasonable down- PMTs in my budget- free of my poor old vehicle- everyone was laughing- and I couldn't be more proud of the way this young man held his character, work ethic, his drive to keep ppl happy, safe, and not overwhelmed with a PMT. If I was you I would just go hang out with him for a few mins if you are in need he will listen and make your anxiety of spending money disappear, and you will have exactly what you need. If you don't I can guarantee if it had a way he would have found it.. lol I am that mommy who picks up kids everywhere. I would have kept him in a hard beat. He has drive, a love for what he does, and finds pride in taking care of you not the $1 he may or may not make. I am grateful in so many ways we got to meet this young man. He made my week so much brighter

Considering I was referred to this place to have my vehicle dropped off at and serviced, and the fact that the last dealership I took it to was a nightmare and couldn't determine the issue in a week. Even after I explained to them the test that we're needed. The communication that David Stanley provided that the extra drive their advisors took and the knowledge that their technicians apparently have was a very appreciated. Making a huge impact on their service. I work in this industry and feel like having advisors or techs that take pride in what they sell is very hard to find but highly appreciated when you do.

This purchase was our second Chrylser Pacifica. We moved up from a 2020 Limited to a 2026 Pinnacle. Everybody involved in the tranaction treated us courteously and professionally. The vehicle we wanted to buy had not yet arrived, so they set us up with a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee loaner. Because we live 140 miles from the dealership, they offered to deliver the Pinnacle. (we opted to pick it up)

Your customer service tech Alex went above what we ever expected from a dealership.We were from out of state (Ohio) and he really took good care of us you are lucky to have him on your staff also your mechanic was great coming in early to get our truck done we really appreciated all that was done for us

Overall, a good experience at David Stanley CDJR. Worked with Trentez Scales, my sales associate, and Tim Simpson, Finance Manager. Both were awesome. The facility itself is super-nice, and wow, do they have the inventory! If you're shopping for a new Jeep, more than likely they will have what you're looking for!
