Great staff right down to the final walk around. Sales lady was very knowledgeable about the trucks and had no issues answering any of our questions. Teresa did a wonderfull job. And Andrew has called checking making sure we were very happy with the new truck. Awesome customer service. Would recommend to anyone even remotely interested in buying a new truck.

My experience with David Stanley Chrysler Jeep & Dodge was a great experience. I found the Jeep that I wanted online. I contacted them via internet because I stayed out of state. I begin the process of purchasing my suv online, We did most of the pre-paperwork over the internet Gavin my Car salesman was great. We communicated on what I was looking in an suv. When I did decide in what SUV we set a date that I would pick up the suv. Tim in finance was great as well we got A lot of paperwork done before I arrived and he explained the Financial part of Purchasing the vehicle. I drove 6 1/2 hours from Memphis Tennessee to purchase the car that I wanted on May 10, 2025. My transaction was Smooth. I love my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee altitude X it was ready when I arrived. I finished my paperwork. I met with Andrew, he was wonderful at explaining the Jeep app with to me. The staff was friendly and courteous. My younger sister traveled with me while finishing my deal, she fell in love with the Jeep compass. She purchased a Jeep compass 2025 as well the same day. Thank you for your great hospitality and your wonderful staff for taking care us!

My wife and I went in today to see about getting a truck and so thankful we went to David Stanley. The team there was so friendly and helpful. We worked with the father/son sales team Tre and D Buttram, then we got to meet with the finance man Mario ( I’m hoping I got his name right, I apologize if I’m wrong) and finished off our purchase with Jaevious to sign the paperwork. Every one of these guys were amazing and treated us like we were family. I’m so glad we made our choice to come. We are enjoying our brand new 2026 Dodge Ram 1500. We had the privilege to work with Brandon Barrett. Tho we really needed a more dependable vehicle I was exhausted, just worked all day, I had a foot injury, and I don't know about you but my anxiety goes up just thinking about going to a car lot. All I got to say is Thank God Brandon drew the short straw and got stuck with us. He visit for a min, gave us a hard time, and truly had one goal. Quickly he calmed me down, got me off my feet and learned enough about us that he went and brought the perfect car to us the very first try. His little wheels in his head never stopped. I didn't have to do anything, he picked the perfect car, he went and didn't come back until he had a payment he knew I wouldn't turn down with a down payment he knew I could handle and made sure he addressed and worked out anything and everything he felt I would have an issue with. His high energy was comfortable for me. I didn't feel like I had to maintain control. I sat back and let him run the show. And he didn't only run the show he knocked it out of the ball park. Went in- tired - hurting- just wanted to be home- high anxiety- low credit- little to nothing to offer as a down pmt- Left- a beautiful car- reasonable down- PMTs in my budget- free of my poor old vehicle- everyone was laughing- and I couldn't be more proud of the way this young man held his character, work ethic, his drive to keep ppl happy, safe, and not overwhelmed with a PMT. If I was you I would just go hang out with him for a few mins if you are in need he will listen and make your anxiety of spending money disappear, and you will have exactly what you need. If you don't I can guarantee if it had a way he would have found it.. lol I am that mommy who picks up kids everywhere. I would have kept him in a hard beat. He has drive, a love for what he does, and finds pride in taking care of you not the $1 he may or may not make. I am grateful in so many ways we got to meet this young man. He made my week so much brighter Thank you Brandon

This purchase was our second Chrylser Pacifica. We moved up from a 2020 Limited to a 2026 Pinnacle. Everybody involved in the tranaction treated us courteously and professionally. The vehicle we wanted to buy had not yet arrived, so they set us up with a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee loaner. Because we live 140 miles from the dealership, they offered to deliver the Pinnacle. (we opted to pick it up)

Our first experience at the dealership was not pleasant but I think it was in part to our salesperson. The second time we went back, we got Brittany, who was absolutely incredible! That poor girl hoofed it across three lots in humid/rainy weather letting me look at what was available. She was a rockstar and got us a solid deal and would definitely go back to and use her for any future purchases!

Considering I was referred to this place to have my vehicle dropped off at and serviced, and the fact that the last dealership I took it to was a nightmare and couldn't determine the issue in a week. Even after I explained to them the test that we're needed. The communication that David Stanley provided that the extra drive their advisors took and the knowledge that their technicians apparently have was a very appreciated. Making a huge impact on their service. I work in this industry and feel like having advisors or techs that take pride in what they sell is very hard to find but highly appreciated when you do.

This purchase was our second Chrylser Pacifica. We moved up from a 2020 Limited to a 2026 Pinnacle. Everybody involved in the tranaction treated us courteously and professionally. The vehicle we wanted to buy had not yet arrived, so they set us up with a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee loaner. Because we live 140 miles from the dealership, they offered to deliver the Pinnacle. (we opted to pick it up)

Enjoyed the process. Trentez helped me out so much. Finance were great as I was coming in from out of State to pick up the vehicle, everything was done ahead of time and I was able to arrive at the dealership and was driving my truck out in an hour.

Overall, a good experience at David Stanley CDJR. Worked with Trentez Scales, my sales associate, and Tim Simpson, Finance Manager. Both were awesome. The facility itself is super-nice, and wow, do they have the inventory! If you're shopping for a new Jeep, more than likely they will have what you're looking for!
