What's New for the 2025 RAM 3500?
When it comes to power on the road, the 2025 RAM 3500 stands up to meet the most demanding expectations. In 2025, the RAM 3500 benefits from significant engineering, design, and technology updates. It continues to be available in five trim levels as well as two cab layouts. This year, this model introduces updated styling as well as improvements to its performance and features.
The diesel inline-six engine is a turbocharged 6.7-liter that now produces 435 horsepower. This more powerful engine yields 1,075 pound-feet of torque and comes with an eight-speed auto transmission. The standard engine for all trim levels is unchanged. This is a V8, 6.4-liter, 405-horsepower engine that comes with the same auto transmission as the diesel engine has.
The RAM 3500 sports a refreshed exterior design. Its powerfully sculpted hood angles confidently toward the tall grille. The wide, chrome-adorned grille spans most of the RAM 3500's grille. Its horizontal crossbars intersect with the large LED headlights. The lower portion of the otherwise smooth sides are strongly defined by a straight definition line. Some exterior features include a drop-down bed step, a RamBox cargo management container, auto-dimming and heated side mirrors, a dampened tailgate, power-folding mirrors, and other equipment.
Inside, the 2025 RAM 3500 now comes with a 14.5-inch touch display screen for the advanced infotainment system. The base trim level is outfitted with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, vinyl upholstery, forward collision mitigation, adaptive cruise control and power windows. If you select a higher trim level, your RAM 3500 may also be equipped with parking sensors, cloth or leather upholstery, a blind-spot warning, a power-sliding rear window, an electrical power outlet, a heated steering wheel, an Alpine sound system with nine speakers, a 12-volt electrical outlet, a Harman Kardon sound system with 17 speakers and other equipment.
