Keeping your loved ones safe on the road is no doubt one of your top priorities. Once again, the 2018 Pacifica manages to outdo the 2018 Sedona. Though both vehicles do offer myriad safety features, the Chrysler offers more at the standard trim level. This includes systems like standard ParkSense® rear park assist5, which alerts you when you’re close to colliding with an object and can apply the brakes automatically to avoid an impact. In addition, this system is enhanced by standard rear cross path detection5, which lets you know if a moving vehicle is close when you’re going in reverse. Unlike the Sedona, by including vital systems like these in all trim levels, the Pacifica demonstrates its commitment to keeping you protected.

Inside the two vehicles, you’re certain to find that the Chrysler Pacific is the more accommodating of the two. Both vehicles offer optional premium audio systems you can upgrade to. The Kia offers the Infinity® package with eight speakers. In comparison, the Chrysler’s Harman Kardon® premium surround sound system includes a whopping 20 speakers, strategically placed within the cabin for concert-quality clarity. Like in the Kia, you can access your radio and music controls on a color touchscreen display. However, while the standard Pacifica’s display is a generous 7 inches, the Sedona’s standard screen only measures 5 inches. Finally, we all know that minivans rarely stay clean for very long. Thankfully, Chrysler has the available Stow ‘n Vac™ vacuum to help with spills and messes. In the Kia, it looks like you’ll have to scrounge for quarters and hit up the nearest gas station Air/Vac machine.

I called to make sure the vehicle was available. It was I made an appointment for 7 PM. On Saturday .Got to the dealership the vehicle was not available. It had to be brought back to the dealership.That was not that big on an issue... Wasn't intending to buy, but I thought the vehicle was prices fair and it was what I was looking for so we bought the vehicle. I told the salesman that I will pick up the vehicle on the following Monday when I bring in my trade in. The salesman said that the vehicle would be detailed and ready to go. Got to the dealership on Monday afternoon and had to wait on my vehicle. The detail job was shotty at best. The salesman should have said well clean the vehicle. BIG difference. There was only one key fob with the vehicle, when I asked about another one. I was told that it wasn't in the contract. I would have purchased another key fob. When I asked the salesman he said you'll have to go and find someone to help with that. My salesman was a nice guy, but he needs maybe a little training. I also would have liked to have been told the vehicle only had 1 key fob. So, I will go to another dealership to purchase one. The Finance guy was great. And nobody offered a business card.. As a positive everyone was very friendly

I had an issue with my truck running smoothly. I called DS CDJR and was able to schedule an appt for early the following day. Good thing I did. a squirrel had made a nest in my trucks engine bay and had chewed up the wiring. A mechanic started on my truck within minutes of checking it in. All wiring under the hood had to be replaced. At the end of a long day, I was able to drive my truck home. It runs like a new one again. I could not be more pleased with the efforts put forth by my mechanic and with the service writer who kept me updated throughout the day.
